Journal policy
Digital Preservation and Permanence
Published articles, metadata and editorial records are backed up and maintained to preserve access and the scholarly record.
Operational preservation
- Production files, database records and private editorial files are included in routine backups.
- Backups are separated from the live application where operationally available.
- Restoration is tested periodically.
- Published content is not removed solely because an author requests account deletion.
- Corrections and retractions preserve and link the original record.
External preservation
The journal will disclose and activate an independent preservation service when the relevant agreement is completed. Claims of participation are not displayed before confirmation.
